Bunny Garden Paradise
‘Bunny Garden Paradise’ is a trading name of Poulomi Services Ltd, and these are the terms and conditions pursuant to which you agree that our services are provided.

Health & Safety
Our number one concern is the health and safety of your loved one. It is a condition of booking that you have a current upto date vaccination certificate against Myxomatosis and VHD1 and VHD2 that you provide to us on or before arrival.
We may undertake a brief inspection of your pet upon arrival, if they are pregnant or showing respiratory problems, skin problems, parasites or otherwise look unwell then will be unable to stay but we will offer you a full refund in these circumstances.
Pre-existing medical conditions must be notified to us at the time of booking and disclosed on the booking form, we may decline to take them if we are not satisfied that it is safe for them to stay in our care or if we consider that they may pose a health risk to our other guests.
If your pet does become unwell whilst in Bunny Garden Paradise's care we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately. We reserve the right to take them to the vet and to follow the vet's advice as to treatment.
You are required to provide us with the name and address of your vet prior to booking. If your pet requires the attention of a vet any treatment required will be charged to you the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address.
We require you to provide us with your contact details while your pet is with us, you may also provide us with an additional emergency contact number. Unfortunately small animals can pass away with very little warning and very quickly after first showing signs of an illness. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away in our care. Bunny Garden Paradise accept no liability in the event that this may happen.
Bunny Garden Paradise will take no responsibility of any pet's pregnancy as your pets will not come into contact with pets from any other family during their stay. We will ask you whether you want your pets to be homed together (as is typical for bonded pets) or separately (if they are not bonded).

Payment
Payment must be made in advance online for the full duration of their stay. In the event of cancellation we will refund the payment as follows:

Cancellation with 14 or more days notice - 75% refund

Cancellation with more than 7 days notice but less than 14 days notice - 50% refund

Cancellation with more than 2 days notice but less than 7 days notice - 25% refund

No show, or cancellation with less than 2 days notice - No refund
If your pet is already boarding with us and you wish to collect your pet earlier than what is stated on the booking form then you will not be entitled to any refund.
You will provide us with your name, home address and a telephone number upon which you can be contacted while your pet is in our care.

Abandoned Pets
If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day then the delay in collection will be chargeable at Bunny Garden Paradise's current daily prices. Abandoned pets may be rehomed if you are more than 3 days late in collecting them, although we will endeavour to contact you before taking that step. You accept that you are liable for any costs or losses that we encounter as a result of your abandonments of your pet.

Liability
Small animal boarding does not require a licence however we endeavour to provide a high standard of care for your pets. All animals are left with Bunny Garden Paradise at their owner's risk.
You accept that accident, injury, theft, death, and illness of your pet are the responsibility of the pet owner and that Bunny Garden Paradise are not to be held liable for these or any other losses you may incur in respect of your pet.
